Yes, a written agreement is required, as is standard in any professional relationship. Our contract is straightforward and free of onerous clauses, ensuring a transparent and hassle-free partnership.
There is no issue with owners, friends, or family using the property, as long as we are notified in advance and the property is available. A management fee of $150 plus the cost of cleaning will apply.
To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, your property should be fully equipped with furniture, kitchen utensils, appliances, and cable and internet services. Additional linens and bath towels are also necessary. We will assist you in making sure your property meets all the requirements for successful renting.
No, advertising costs are included in our service. We handle all aspects of promoting your property with no additional costs to you.
Guests can contact us through the vacation rental platform where they made their reservation, or they can call or message us at our contact numbers. We are available to address any concerns, and in case of an emergency, we will send the appropriate personnel to resolve the issue. The cost of emergency services will be deducted from your monthly settlement, except for major repairs.
Payments are made between the 1st and 5th of each month, covering the collections from the previous month. You will receive a detailed report of each reservation and your earnings.
The cleaning cost is covered by the guests, and we arrange and coordinate the cleaning staff. The cleaning fee paid by the guest also includes laundry services.
The payment method depends on the platform used by the guest and the payment option chosen. Credit card companies charge a 3% fee, which is deducted from the total rental amount.
Your comfort is our priority. All our properties are equipped with basic supplies, such as toilet paper and cleaning products, to ensure a welcoming experience from the start. Mia Vacations handles these supplies, and the costs are charged to the property owners.
Mia Vacations provides customer support and maintenance during guest stays. We offer 24/7 phone support, reservation management, cleaning oversight, and emergency coordination to ensure your property remains in excellent condition.
